Paul McCartney to host Fireside Chats
It's
true! See: Paul
McCartney to host Fireside Chats / Paul
McCartney's Fireside Chats
We
are thrilled with the news that we will be hosted by Paul McCartney!
While we can't keep in our excitement, we also can't give out
any details just yet, since we have none. Truthfully, we found
out the same way all the common people did, in the press. We're
just sitting by the phone waiting for Paul's call. I'm sure
he's busy with the landmines, vegetarian cookbooks and all,
so we'll be patient, but we've already started the spending.
We're talkin' Beatles money now -- recession my rich
ass!
It
was probably meant to be a surprise, so I am going to act like
I didn't know anything. I don't want to ruin it for Paul.
As
soon as the details come in, we'll share them. But the temptation
to speculate, hmmm..... Wings 2009? Spies Like Us 2 Soundtrack?
Beatles Reunion? (Fireside Beatles)?? Whatever
it is, we're up for it Sir Paul!
We
will try to keep everyone informed, but now that we hang tough
with Beatles, we're gonna be a bit busy.

So,
while I am dragging Malta away from Facebook
to earn the bags
of cash we pay him every year to maintain this site, guess
I should update on all things besides our collaboration with
the Macca.
Well,
2008 saw the Chats tour throughout North
America in support of our eRecord, We
Will Bring You Champions. And Champions we were, criss-crossing
the world -- from Long Branch, to New Brunswick, to Clifton,
to Long Branch, to New Brunswick
. Reallly, I could go
on all day. We didn't record much, but we did add a song to
the Faun
on a Lawn sampler, which was a Brian song called Kitchen
In Kitchen Out. It was recorded during a hurricane, while
drunk.
Hopefully,
we will record properly in 2009. We have bunches of new songs
that rule more than the last ones. We're just afraid of how
good they are. Is the world ready?
We're
huge in Connecticut and Liverpool.
